Vice President: Communications and Membership
Hi! I'm Suzie Nowell, a 1986 graduate of Alpha Xi-West Virginia University. I remained active with Delta Gamma after graduation, volunteering as a Chapter Advisor, a member of both the Alumnae Advisory Board and House Corporation (I even worked as a "house mother" for several weeks during a crisis!) I'm also Rituals Adviser for Gamma Mu - Florida State and Advisory Team Chair for Alpha Xi - West Virginia. My husband, Vince, and I have three children: Riley - a graduate of FGCU and FAU, Spencer - a graduate of FSU, and Reagan - a graduate of FSU. We have lived in SWFL for nearly 22 years and reside on Sanibel.

Vice President for Finance
I have a BSBA in Finance from West Virginia University where I made lots of memories as a member of the Alpha Xi Chapter of Delta Gamma. I look forward to reengaging with the Delta Gamma organization to Do Good in the Fort Myers community and making more fond memories with a great group of ladies. My husband, Mike, and I moved to southwest Florida in 2007 and own an accounting firm. We have two college aged children.
Francine Van Olst
Vice President of Programming
My name is Francine Van Olst and I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, where I was initiated into the Delta Rho chapter of Delta Gamma in 1979. As an engineer with ExxonMobil for over 36 years, I travelled globally, and had the opportunity to live in Louisiana, New Jersey, Virginia and Houston. It was wonderful to meet so many friendly new Delta Gammas in each alumnae group I joined. After retiring in 2017, my husband and I moved to Fort Myers. We had vacationed in this area since the late 1980’s, and knew we’d enjoy living here. We have three grown sons who live out of state. After becoming involved in the revitalized Delta Gamma Alumnae group in 2018, I was happy to take over the VP-Foundation role in Spring 2019, to continue our involvement in Foundation related activities begun by predecessor.
